At BATIK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your unique purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn garment within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all BATIK tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
